For release King’s names Marijo Elias of Kingston Assistant Director of Financial Aid July 8, 2010 – Marijo Elias of Kingston was recently appointed Assistant Director of Financial Aid at King’s College. Her primary responsibilities will be to supervise the management of all federal and state loan programs and staff, oversee Title IV verification, and provide information and counseling to students and parents regarding all financial aid programs. Elias has nearly 30 years of experience, including administration of federal, state and private financial aid programs. She has worked in the financial aid office at King’s in various capacities since 1981, including twice serving as interim director, and as the coordinator for freshman financial aid. She is the recipient of King’s Christi Regis award for 20 years of service and the John Dorish Award for outstanding loyalty and service to the Monarch Football Program. She is a member of Alpha Sigma Lambda, King’s Adult learner honor society, and Pennsylvania Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators.
