King's to host free Girl's Basketball Clinic February 21to recognize
“National Girls and Women in Sport Month”

WILKES-BARRE -- The King’s College women’s basketball team will host its second-annual Lady Monarch Girl’s Basketball Clinic on Saturday, February 21.   The free clinic, open to girls of all ages, will be held in Scandlon Gymnasium in recognition of “National Girl’s and Women in Sport Month.”

Registration will be held in the Scandlon Gym lobby from 8:45 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.  The clinic is set to begin at 9:15 a.m. and will conclude at 10:30 a.m.  All girls in attendance will take part in warm-up drills, skill development, and games.  Clinic participants will also be invited guests to the Lady Monarchs’ 1:00 p.m. contest against Eastern University.
