FLOOD HALL
Built in 1988, and named after the third president of King’s College,
Flood Hall is a co-ed apartment building for upper-class students. The
building contains 17 four-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has its own
kitchen, bathroom, living room, and each occupant has their own bedroom.
The building has a laundry facility and computer lab located in the
basement of the building.

Twin XL bed, desk, desk chair, dresser and closet for each resident

Dining table and chairs, couch, side chairs and end tables in the

ID card access to the building

1 ADA accessible apartment with a private entrance to the outdoors—it
should be noted that Flood Hall is located at the top of a steep hill, and
does not have an elevator |
