Each presentation room will be equipped with a screen, LCD projector, and a computer (PC) with Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2007. Internet access will be provided with audio from the PC, as well as the ability to play a DVD through the PC. Presenters are asked to bring their presentations on a USB drive.
