Placement Testing All incoming freshmen are required to take a writing, math, and grammar placement test. Transfer students will take the writing placement test only. Each test will determine if a student must take a preliminary course in each of these areas. See CORE 098, CORE 099, and CORE 110L for more information. NOTE: Calculators are NOT permitted.
Information Session This short information session will cover topics such as meal plans, resident and commuter questions, billing, payment plans, and financial aid. Parents and/or family members may attend this session while the students are taking their placement tests.
Advisement Session After the placement tests, each student will meet with an advisor to select classes for the fall semester. Parents are welcome to attend this session.
